Newly remodeled inside and plenty of stock. There is a lack of employees to find for assistance

I'm in electronics looking for some help. Along comes supervisor Darrell. I ask him "Is anyone working back here? " His response " Yea there's somebody somewhere. " and he walked away! Duh gee thanks Darrell. You are an inspiration to your associates.

Busy and not the most knowledgeable customer service in regards to their inconsistency and lack of following policy consistently when accepting returns. I went to return several items only to be told that I could not return products due to the price. Now I know damn well the return policy and was well aware that what I had brought to return could be easily returned without a problem but she insisted that she knew better and that I was the wrong one.

Very busy place. Seems like a lot of stealing takes place. Make sure you get the right quanity that comes in a package

My personal experience at this store on November 1st. Was of the highest quality. I'll come back and shop more.

Had a flat tire in Billings and they got it fixed in around an hour for me. A huge thank you for getting me on my way for the next 6 hour drive home to Douglas Wy.

Typical day at Walmart. Didn't like being made to feel like an invalid by the guy at the self checkout but whatever

I mean, it's walmart. Smaller one in the area. Parking lot is awful to get im or out. Store is clean and staff was good.

Not always but usually get asked if I need any help. The customer service needs work but if a question is asked they are helpful. Just more going out of their way to ask customers if they are finding everything ok would be a plus

Prices are sky rocketing but that's everywhere. Their management is so rude and the owns standing at the exits take the job a little too serious sometimes

This isn’t so much the experience but a review on the product. Was so excited to add the “Hero’s Gym” to my Christmas town collection (I understand these are a far lower standard than Lemax and other brands) but was pretty disappointed to see the difference in what was on the box vs what I received in the box. But you get what you pay for I suppose.

Ordered bread for pickup (among other things) and the bag was sliced half way up, the bread was hard. And even if it wasn't I wouldn't eat it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Certain things aren't there right now. I'll try again later. The prices are always good.

STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED
I placed an order for my son it had 29 items on it and i did state that substitutions are allowed when the order was picked up it was missing 16 of the 29 items over 50% They made NO substitutions. The reason i was given was as follows.they had NO chicken They had NO ground beef They had NO pillows they had NO forks NO knives NO spoons NO baking sheets NO white rice NO pizza NO Kitchen utensils NO dinnerware sets
and I CALLED AND THE MANAGER WILL NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS AS PER THE GIRL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK

The last straw, I have had countless problems with both Walmart’s in Billings, this will mark the last problem I have with this company. I used to work at Walmart so when I hear some of the things out of these peoples mouths I’m flabbergasted. I highly recommend that anyone looking for even minimal customer service not go to either of the Walmart’s in Billings. Go to laurel or Albertsons down the street, the difference you “save” will be found in the employees and how they treat you.

This place is Walmart. I have definitely been impressed with Walmart's staff. The way they treat people with disabilities is so much better than I expect back home. I am not originally from Billings but from my home town. One time when I went to this Walmart I saw two of their staff trying to help out a person who had a cognition disability. The way that the staff there handled the situation was so great. The only downside is that I think as of this writing the Walmart is currently being remodeled. The only thing that this really affects is how the flooring looks. It is not so appealing, but its nothing that the employees can fix that is something I think only whatever position is above manager can make happen quicker. I also know that this is gonna take longer because of Covid 19. I am also pretty sure that employees here at this location are currently being forced to wear their masks, which I just wanna say if they are vaccinated and don't wish to wear a mask then don't force them. This location is currently my favorite Walmart in Billings, great job:) Have a good one.

But because of the massive roach infestation I quickly lost Gregory after five minutes. He simply blended into everybody else there. What would i do without Gregory, he was my whole support system. I simply couldn't live. I spent years trying to find him again, without any luck.i began to spiral. The board decided that it was a waste of time and stupid to look for Gregory, just because he was a roach. They were roach-ist towards him. My poor poor Gregory hasn't had his own personal spa day in years. I just know his nail and weave are looking crusty right now. How will he find love when he's so crusty? Its walmart nobody likes walmart. The employees are barely helpful and who can blame them the work for a greedy corporate company that treats employees like numbers. But i will keep shopping here because it's cheap.

Check your stuff you get from the bakery i shopped there 9-26-2021 and got 4 ct muffins and went to eat one and it had mold on it. Pretty gross. Just letting other customers be aware to check your product.
