Walmart Supercenter, Missoula MT

I'm from Orlando Florida and our stores are much larger buy hey it's Wal-Mart here that we're referring to. Store seemed nice and the employees were great.

Stayed overnight in my van in the far lot. Did all my grocery shopping and vehicle needs in the morning. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff on my visit

It's Walmart, what else is there to say?
Customer service is good by Walmart standards.

The Walmart website states the customer service is open when the doors open at 6am. That's a lie, customer service opens at 7am, perhaps to keep you there shopping for an hour. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Fix the dang parking lot, so many potholes I'm going to pop my tire! Needs more entrances and exits too. Also need much more cashiers or self checkout people, had to wait awhile in line because most of the self-checkout wasn't up and running.

I've been in Washington state and Walmarts over there are no longer selling fresh veggies. So this was a great experience to be able to buy fresh veggies. Thanks, Montana.

I give the store itself a 1 star, but i receive some of the best customer service from this amazing worker named alyssa.she was my cashier and may i just say she was so welcoming and nice.most cashiers there are rude, but she was an absolute angel to talk with.i give her a 5 star just for her great customer service!

Went I store today all the self checkouts were closed. And at the pharmacy entrance all the self checkouts were close;and 2 checkers were working. I’m 90 years old and I didn’t appreciate the inconvenience of having to wait all most 45 minutes to get checked out.

Staff member Alyssa was so much help checking out the other day, with how many people are in Walmart on a regular basis I was sure it would take me forever to get out of there with the few items I had. There where a few people behind me and she quickly directed me to an open check stand, and assured that I found everything I needed with ease, she was extremely friendly and made my experience better than usual. 5 stars goes to Alyssa, really wonderful customer service!

I had the absolute best customer service experience with an employee named Alyssa Cissell. She was so helpful and so kind to me. She was knowledgeable in navigating the store and she is one of the only employees I see on the checkout line frequently. She is constantly working hard. We were able to have time for a conversation when I was checking out. She was very personable and I could tell she really cared. She is definitely one of the best or at least my favorite employee at Walmart.

Won't honor tire repairs that are under warranty if tires were purchased on walmart dot com and shipped and installed by walmart.wait what? Ya

Madhouse, all the produce are gmo, don't buy apples, corn on cob, or watermelon, or pork or chicken it's deadly. But take your phone and you can video the full blown circus for yourself.

Plumbs were $1.17 a lb I was over a lb, and it charged me $2.43 a lb I asked the girl to fix it, she said it couldn't be fixed because the sale was for a lb not over a pound! Made No Sense!

I came from southern California and am used to Super Walmarts. I miss the abundant selection of clothes at a great price point. The quality of some of the merchandise was just great.
This store is small and has an older feeling. Like get in and out. Not, let's shop. I hope they improve.

Worst shopping / customer service EVER! Will never be back. Thank god for Winnco. I know your company doesn't care about the customer experience and tonight was a perfect example. YOU GUYS SUCK!

I've had mostly good experiences shopping here. They've been better about keeping their inventory stocked, but customer service is often lacking at the checkstand.
