Walmart Supercenter reviews
20Has everything you need and clean. The pharmacy people are the best and always make time to answer your questions. There isn't a better place to go. Love them there treat you like family.
Large store, although they were out of a lot of items in the soft drink isle. The last couple of visits, I was charged twice for a single item. Make sure you check your receipt before leaving.
I mean, it's Walmart. Not any better or any worse than any other I've been in. A few items that the app said were in stock weren't, which was inconvenient and I hate the self checkout lanes. They don't hire enough clerks to work the registers so you're forced to use self checkout, then they ask you to see your receipt on the way out the door like you're a criminal or something. It's very frustrating not to mention the machines themselves suck. Constantly telling me something's been removed from the bagging area
ERICA in electronics was very helpful and very sweet. She helped me more then I've been helped by a Wal-Mart employee in OVER A DECADE.way to go.
No one wants to have to check their own groceries after we have gotten what we need but you guys will keep loosing business till you get some real cashier's to replace the machines.
It's like a zoo in there but good prices and product for the most part. Great variety.
Late evening and early morning are the best shopping time if your looking to avoid the crowds.
For a store the size of walmart, in a town that is as thick with seniors and people with mobility issues as Helena, one would think they'd have a few more of the handicap carts.
The only cart not in use has a sign on it that says "Do Not use intell 2pm"
I kid you not, that was how it was spelled.
3 of us needing to shop and and nothing available.
I left and went to Winco
It's got everything and good prices but too crazy and hectic during the day if you want to go I would suggest later at night.
This particular walmart has let me down the last several times I went there to get specific things. They could do better with restocking.
Rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. The online order pick up team are the slowest in the state. Hopefully management can help their team on track, because a 2 hour wait for one order of 11 items is ridiculous. Come on Walmart of Helena help these guys out!
Went to buy some automotive section items. Most were locked up and I was told automotive shift ends at 8pm. Don't go there after 8 if looking for anything electrical automotive, couldn't find anyone with a key, everyone I found didn't have one.
Had four tires installed and an oil change. 366 dollars. Right now I think tires at Walmart are a great deal. For 10 dollars more per tire they will add a lifetime road hazard warranty, pro rated for tire wear, but still hard to be. Service was pleasant and timely.
I placed an order for pick up and after trying to check in I was sent an email saying my order was delayed. After calling the pick up number I was informed that my order had been cancelled on their end due to the product not being in stock. However, I was able to go inside and purchased the exact item I had requested to pick up. Now I will be waiting for a $400 refund to my card for days because of their inability to locate a grill which they had several of in stock. Not impressed.
Seems to me for the amount of time that they are now closed for stocking and cleaning for the benefit of their employees and ourselves.that the facility would be better stocked and a whole lot cleaner. Prices are quite obviously on the rise as well.
I'm in the fishing section waiting for someone with keys he has been paged overhead twice now and noone has showed up had to call Walmart to get someone with keys and he still hasn't showed up while I'm writing this review
If I go inside it’s usually okay, but outside pickup is a joke. I used it for an entire year at the Butte store with very few problems or delays, but my first time in Helena, the app said it was delayed 2 hours (during my pickup window), so naturally I canceled the order because I didn’t have the time to wait and couldn’t come back later. As soon as I canceled, they called me to tell me they actually did have my order almost ready but because I had canceled I’d have to go inside to purchase the items I did because I probably should have at least waited until my pickup window was over, but the next time I set up a pickup order I made sure to set it a couple hours ahead of time so it would for sure be ready. All went great until I got home and realized multiple items were missing, and I was still charged for them. I guess it’s not as convenient as they say it is, at this location.
Walmart is Walmart. Everything is super as always) Good location. They check your documents when you take alcohol. Huge parking and virtually no lines at the ticket counters. I recommend it to everyone!
I mean, it's Wal-Mart. What else can you expect. I will say going in on a Friday is thee worst descion one can make at our store. Just about out of everything, workers trying to stock, workers running around w carts filling on line orders and people loading up for the weekend. Yeah, no thanks
Never fully stocked. The first aid section is especially pitiful, which sucks when you have an injury, as my dog currently has a pretty serious one that I'm treating.
There is also a scalping problem. Allowing single customers to buy out all of the products that are in high demand/limited stock is unethical. For example, I can't buy my nephew any Pokémon cards because they let someone buy out all of the products on the day of the release of a new set. That's awful, as now some neckbeard is on the internet selling the cards for twice the price.
Hi Leona or Walmart always would be my favorite store for 35 years and some you guys are awesome. The best customer service in the world Montana
