Wendy's, Billings MT

Very poor slow service. Food is definitely over price for what you're getting now. Employees have absolutely no motivation. Took 15 minutes to get our order. And it was still wrong. One cashier up front, one person to hand out food.when there's nobody at the cash register, he doesn't help put orders together.this is probably one of the slowest most uncoordinated Wendy's I've ever been to.

Love me some Wendy's. It's always my Fast Food top pick. Best burgers and I love the lettuce wrap option.

Was very busy. Drive through was backed up to the street so I went inside. Inside was also busy. They had my food ready very quick. Taste was good.

To almost 35 min to get order placed and picked up. Store had to many issues to detail very sad to see store run like it was

This night people are so rude and they don't care if you get the food you pay for Good thing I checked are begs there were missing like 3 to 5 things. They could use more Training In customer service.

The food was hot fresh service was excellent atmosphere was very pleasant store was clean I'm talking about the store over on Southgate outdoor patio with picnic tables I recommend you try it out it's on the south side and it is out of the way right off of the interstate on South Billings boulevard

These guys not only have great food but the 4 for $4 or the 5 for $5 dollar bags are great! Great tastegreat service and a great price with fast service.

Ordered online and it said lobby closed at 12: 30 AM when I was tryna carryout my order but lobby was closed and I can't get a refund. I tried calling and the person who answered was no help and not engaged in conversation

Normally one of my favorite places to go, but this time around they forgot a lrg fry, medium strawberry frosty, oatmeal bar and our ghost pepper ranch.

It's different every time we we go.i always say we aren't going back.but we keep going back.

This burger place killed it last night after the concert in the heights they had the people backed up for hours and they got through it just fine with happy smiles unlike Taco Bell and McDonald's that have you pull off and wait for your food forever

Have you seen the prices lately? ! OMG, the food is the same, why are you charging more? This is why I eat out maybe once every two months, it used to be one to three times every two weeks. It's sadly, just not worth it anymore.

Unacceptable handed out a burger with NO BURGER! May I add they forgot the straws with our order as well. I wish I could go back but the cashier of course handed me no receipt. So thank you heights Wendy’s for the wonderful dinner tonight…

The last time we were there, they couldn't figure out a simple order so we left and went elsewhere. First time to ever be so disappointed and frustrated!
