Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
15Great food almost never had an issue with a wrong order. Eat there all the time because of that and fresh food.
I thought they had spicy chicken sandwiches but they don't.: (
Food was good otherwise
Even with standing in line behind a bus load of Polson Pirates.
The service was fast and friendly. The food arrived quickly and the seating area and bathroom were clean.
Unhealthy food so I just get a salad. Salads are pretty good. Service sucks anywhere you go anymore.
Have came through and payed extra for extra bacon and cheese sauce multiple times.when I finally asked can u guys make sure that my bacon gets on they got rude and were short with me after that and still didn’t give me the extra bacon or sauce. I’ve payed for 3 extra slices of bacon more than a dozen times over years! And never gotten it unless I ask for it on the side. I then called back and asked for a refund and the general manager proceeded to be rude with me and blatantly lied about watching someone put extra on my fries.this only ever happens at this location where I don’t get enuff never the location on reserve.clearly just a manager issue
Absolutely the worst fast food meal I have ever tried to eat. Fries clearly hours old like cardboard. Chicken sandwich dryer then Betty White with cheese that has gone yellow. To top it off, sprite with zero carbonation. For over $12!
Don't get orders correct forget peoples food and don't offer anything other than come back. Well some people don't live in missoula
Been a while to go in a Wendy's and its good to know the service is still that cutomer oriented
We picked up two frosties at the drive through. We live only a few blocks away so took them home. The drive took only 3-4 minutes. The frosties were anything but frosty. They were completely liquified and totally disappointing. We will not be back except maybe to ask for a replacement. I’d recommend you take a look at your frosty before you drive away to make sure you’re getting a real frosty and not a liquid drink! I’m pretty sure the workers were aware of a problem with their machine and am angry they didn’t tell us but instead gave us a substandard product. Very poorly managed location.
The food is was what I would expect from Wendy’s, good food but nothing spectacular but the service at this Wendy’s was exceptional. The lady at the counter handing out orders was very friendly. I haven’t had service this nice at a Wendy’s in a long time. It was refreshing.
Inside floor is always super slippery almost like they washed the floor but then didn’t go over it twice to clean the residue off? Hard to explain.
It's your basic Wendy's but with exceptionally wonderful staff. I've been solo traveling via car for awhile attempting to find some closure on my past. Theresa, Cat and everyone working here (I came for breakfast today and lunch yesterday) were very welcoming. It's very rare, or appears to be for me, when the whole staff at any location, treats you without judgement and only with kindness and awesome service. A good memory in Missoula during a less than easy journey through the state. Much appreciated.
We went here at 9: 30 at night and didn't realize the lobby closed at 10. We ordered our food and sat down, with the last of us being served our food at 10. That was fine, and the employees were all very apologetic and kind. About 5 minutes after 10, one of the employees came out to the lobby and started cleaning up, emptying trash, and then turned out the lights. My husband asked if they were closing, and she said the lobby closes at 10, and she was really sorry, she didn't know why but her manager told her to go turn off the lights instead of letting us eat. She then said normally she would let us finish our food. At this point, we apologized and we were all hurrying to finish and clean up. She went back in and turned the lights back on, and we saw her manager, Jeff, chewing her out. As we were gathering our food, wiping off our tables and throwing away our garbage, Jeff the manager yelled over the counter, "you all REALLY need to leave NOW! " We responded that we were trying to, and I went up to the counter to try to talk to him, at which point he walked to the back and refused to talk to me. Another employee came up and said he was really confused about why his manager was kicking us out, but that he was really sorry. I asked to talk to Jeff, he went and tried to get him, and he still refused to talk to me.
We walked out of the building at 10: 15,15 minutes after getting our food, having cleaned up all of our mess and spending over $200 for our group. My husband called the manager after we had left to ask why he had handled the situation so unprofessionally, and he said his employees should have informed us that the lobby closed at 10, that he didn't do anything wrong, and then he hung up on us.
After seeing the national advertisements, we stopped by to try the Wendy's breakfast sandwich. Good price and quick service. However we found the sandwich lagging far behind even a simple sausage McMuffin with egg. Or the croissant sandwiches from Burger King. The bun was a little tired, the egg seemed like it was cooked sometime before. The bright spot was the attendant who was fun. By the way Wendy's chili is still one of the best kept secrets there is. Very high quality and hard to believe it is sold Nationwide and can have such a homemade quality.
