4As a small business owner and active duty military my taxes aren't the simplest to file. That being said Woods accounting has always done an outstanding job getting them filed.
Recently the state of Montana offered an income rebate. Line 20 on my return was left blank. This disqualified my wife and I. I contacted Woods accounting to find out what this was. Woods accounting informed me that all they could do is refer me to the government web site with no explanation as to what line 20 is. The attitude of the person I talked with was very poor as if I was bothering her. I will not use Woods accounting again.

Awesome help with all my questions. Was very detailed and walked me through any questions I had. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Very friendly and tons of help.
Not a great experience overall. She likes to blame and shift responsibility when she could've just asked questions. The people I referred to her have since left as well due to do her processes and causing problems for their tax liabilities. Be careful as she will blame you for anything she does wrong or her lack of communication.
