Zootown Church reviews
4Met Pastor Scott on the golf course on his day off. It didn't take long to recognize his genuine, peaceful, and fun loving spirit. (Golf can challenge all of those attributes) Found out he was a pastor and visited Zootown church. Although Scott is pretty good at golf, he's an even better pastor. We found his teaching inspirational and uplifting.
Attended a service while in Missoula for the weekend and we were very impressed. Music was not our typical style but well done, I was able to connect with it, and my teenage son loved it. The message was great - engaging and laid back. We love that this church, while still focusing on the Bible, is going against the grain of what other churches do and truly embracing Jesus’s teachings and ways. Will be back when we’re in the area!
Aesthetically appealing with contemporary music, but the sermons reflect their politically conservative views & support of traditional (toxic) gender roles. Don't be fooled by the progressive wrapping paper.
Its a large commercial building by a car lot and is very modern inside.
Lots of seating on padded chairs.
The preacher is yep bald as they tend to be. It's more modern and youthful folks here. Loud music but has a good sound.
The general consensus here is the broad spectrum with scriptures read from the bible.
People were well dressed but a suit would be a stand out in this setting.
Polo and jeans, casual shorts and dock shoes on most guys however the ladies tended to have nicer blouses and an occasional skirt or dress was in the crowd.
I would say it's more liberal and mostly Non Montana Natives. I did not see any cowboys or woodsmen from the mountains.
