13Food was hot and fresh which was nice since I had a pick up time and have been burned to get luke warm food waiting or have to wait for food to finish cooking.
Good food but 15 bucks for chicken rice and veggies in a fast food format is Waaaayyy too much.
Fantastic healthy food, fast, friendly and efficient service. Special orders are not a problem.
Although the food was good, the young lady who took our order was very rude and seemed almost annoyed that we were there ordering. Don't think we'll be going back to that location again!
Love the place. It has great food and service, but its a little pricey. $18 for 1 steak bowl and a drink.
No credit card of debit, only cash, NO SHRIMP TEMPURA, THE COUNTER HELP WAS NICE, BUT NO SHRIMP TEMPURA.
Buyer beware. Teriyaki madness website is taking food orders and charging your credit card but the restaurant is not getting the order and your not getting your food, but you paid and tipped for it. I was there 7/17/22. Love their food, hate them for making me go hungry that day and poor managerial and Corporate customer service. Watch it!
This place use to be my favorite location to eat at. I will not be back.my orange chicken was chewy.they added veggies when I didn't ask for it.do better guys.
This location never misses. Whether I UberEats to my home or pick up in store, the food is always S Tier quality.
The food taste great. The portions are good sized and very filling. They offer a great selection of menu items and the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The facility is always clean and sterilized.
The customer service I receive from Carelli is always impeccable, she makes me feel so welcomed and she always helps with the upmost respect and wonderful attitude.
I had called in and ordered food at the store my sister went in and picked it up and dropped it off at my door my whole household was diagnosed with a positive Covid test I called in and spoke with a girl that said her manager said for me to bring in the food the rice was raw and the meat was burnt knowing that I have a positive Covid test I will be taking this food back into the store by owners choice so he is putting his employees in jeopardy by wanting the food back in his store this is not my fault I will be contacting corporate this is a health issue
Orange chicken on the right. Spicy Chicken bowl to the left. I came out of my way to dine in at this location has always been my go to when eating Teriyaki Madness. My wife and I waited for 30 min for our food.her chicken was not done and they made Teriyaki chicken for mine and just tried to cover it up with hot sauce. Unacceptable. Been doing business at this location like i stated for years. I won't be back. I was told the manager is Maria. Please do better!
