Buyers beware!
I found what looked like a good deal on an Infiniti EX35…. Test drove it…. Needed a front wheel bearing and the front rotors were warped (I am an ASE Master tech) …. Salesman said no problem we will replace both item…even wrote it on the Purchase and sale…. Got a call, all set! Show up to purchase, I asked the owner if repairs were made, he said yes all set! I ask if I could test drive the car one more time, and the owner said yes, upon test driving it it still had the exact same issues! They didn’t replace anything and told me they did!
Do yourself a favor if you want to buy a car from them, get a pre-inspection first! I don’t think they service their cars very well at all!

I hardly ever write reviews unless the service is really good or really bad. Unfortunately this one is the latter! I inquired about a vehicle for sale and was unfortunate enough to speak with what I can only describe as the must disgruntled employee in the western hemisphere. I asked simple questions pertaining to the vehicle and at every turn he was rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. I don’t know if I am expecting too much from a used car lot, but basic civility shouldn’t be too much to ask for. If this is what you get when you call, I can only imagine what buying a car from there would be like……….

Great costumer service bought a used car for cheap and have had no issues passed inspection np. Happy with my purchase. I would recommend.

When asked about the car, answer "nothing is for sale here"

I bought a car from Dave about 2mos ago. There was no pressure, my questions were answered, and my whole experience there was quite positive. And I LOVE the car!

Was in and out in 20 minutes with a car. No hidden issues. Standard used car wear and tear but nothing else. Would recommend bringing a mechanic friend or someone who knows cars with you as you would with any private sale, but no complaints about the whole experience here

Drove half an hour after calling the day before about the car just for them to tell me it’s a tmu, after I specifically told them I wanted the car because of the low miles posted.

I bought a car here and 2 days after buying it the check engine light came on. They refuse to help me in any way and had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced purchasing anything. McDonald’s employees treat you better than these people.

Overall great experience got a great deal in a great car very friendly and very outgoing thank you to I belive rose for help with the car and allowing us to have it looked at

This place like to clear check engine lights to make vehicles appear nicer than they are. 3 days after buying a vehicle from these crooks the check engine light along with every other warning light on the dash lit up. I tried to have them fix this issue and have gotten nowhere.they constantly gave me excuses like "the mechanic isn't in" and now they sent us to some other shop to look at the warning lights and he told me and I quote" go here so I can stay out of it. " my salesman told me he went to music school.maybe he should be playing a musical instrument instead of playing customers looking to buy cars

After having a terrible experience purchasing my daughter a POS car through another "dealer", I was in need of a reasonable vehicle at a normal price. I thought I'd found one here. This guy is almost impossible to maintain a conversation with, as he doesn't remember what he's saying/doing. He has no problem with selling cars that he knows are unsafe but doesn't bother to disclose that they are in fact unsafe upfront. He slides the paperwork he needs to be signed into a pile of forms that require signing, but unlike most car dealers (new and used), he doesn't explain what you're signing and why. He does not honor his advertised warranties/guarantees. What he's doing is not legal and he needs to have his license to sell cars taken away (which I will figure out how to do)

We bought a car for my son here and it was an overall great transaction! Prices are not outrageous and I believe we got a good deal! The girl in the office was very helpful and salesman was not pressuring us at all. Great first car for my son!

They told me the car I was buying didn’t have the issues it now has. Unfortunately after buying a cars here I heard from other people how shady this place is. BUYERS BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Great place to find a used car at a real used car price! Not overinflated prices!
We have bought 2 vehicles here already with no problems or issues with the cars, going back to purchase a third to upgrade our 2008!
Very attentive sales crew, will even find the right vehicle if you don't see something you love on the lot!

Beware of this so called "dealership". I went to check out a 2002 Toyota Tacoma the other day and took it for a test drive and everything seemed great.until I took a deeper look. This truck needs 5 grand worth of repair.they tried to hide the check engine light by just taking the bulb behind the dash completely out.the valve cover gasket was nonexistent.the tires were shot if you could even call them tires.the AC belt was also completely nonexistent. Please if I were you, please take every car you look at to your trusted mechanic.

As a woman trying to buy a stereotypically masculine car, he always talked to me directly about the car and options, even though my husband was there with me.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question and concern I had.

I would definitely recommend them!

Within 5 minutes of entering Alfa Used Cars, I could tell it was going to be an interesting experience.

The owner had just walked in, was standing at the front desk when we asked him if we could test drive a car we had called about. He looked at us, said nothing, instead said something to his employee in Russian and walked out of the building.

The salesman, if you could call him that, was bringing the vehicle to the front of the building so we could test drive it, just as the owner is shifting into reverse to exit his parking spot, he blares his horn at his employee in said car because he's in his way.

At that moment It was apparent that this establishment had no respect for their customers! Wow!

We test drove 3 vehicles, and the two we were interested in Most certainly had serious transmission issues, along with rust, and a list of other issues that would need to be addressed before making them family safe vehicles.
Surprisingly, the cars we tested had no Engine lights etc, but drove as if they should have due to loud transmission knocking and sounds we heard shifting gears.

Both of my used cars at home I'm looking to replace are in better condition than the cars we looked at here

Before purchasing a car from Alfa Cars in Hookset NH, please make sure you swing by a real mechanic first. Because the employees here aren't mechanics, salesmen or even meeting the basic customer service standards.

They sold me junk, rear end was junk. They "fixed" the rear end by that I mean they beat it with a hammer and destroyed my breaks and they wont respond to me. DO NOT GO TO THEM! They sell cars and trucks that won't pass inspection.
