VIP Tires & Service, Stratham NH

I have had nothing but top notch service from VIP in Stratham! I sheared the oil drain plug off in my Mustang somehow? And all I was charged was a 1/2 hour shop fee! With an offer to put in My oil! Which I did saving me money. I will be doing future business here for sure.

Needed quite a number of things done to my older suv with over 200k, including a state inspection. Work was completed in a fair amount of time and for what they estimated, much less than I had feared when I walked through the door.

My experience at this store was great. Prompt service in a timely manner, job well done and the associates working at the store were polite and helpful. Would recommend to my friends.

We just recently bought a Newer Kia Sorento and needed to get a sticker for it and have it checked over for any possible pending issues that might be coming ahead. I called for an appointment and was scheduled for the next day. We checked in with Mike and Justin telling them what we needed and went to the waiting area. While we were waiting both of the guys came over and asked how I was doing. I was on crutches due to just having a Total Knee replacement 2 weeks ago. We appreciated the fact that they each took a few minutes to talk with us and ask how I was.
The inspection was done and the car was checked over with no needed work to be done.
The employees at this shop all come across friendly and professional.
Happy to have found this shop for our car care.

This is the only place we will bring out cars.honest, reliable fantastic customer service. Manager Justin is great! Always gives us feedback on what to do with cars, fix, trade in.

Went for oil change appointment and utilized “build your own oil change”. Brought filter and required oil amount according to specs as I always do. Vehicle takes 6 qts and they inform me 50 minutes later it will need another qt which will require you to buy another qt there which was an additional $9.99 for the qt. In comparison to Walmart it is $6.00. It took 6.2 qts. I’m not sure why they couldn’t top it off with their own synthetic since we are talking. 2 qts. I never had this happen when I supplied my oil and paid labor only. I waited about an hour and 10 minutes and noticed my vehicle was all set to go and brought out front by the tech. Mind you the place was not busy only one other person in waiting room. I approached the counter and the gentleman at the counter said to me “wait a couple minutes while we wrap up the paperwork”. Really? It wasn’t a good experience at all. Doubt I will be back.

We’ve been bringing our vehicles here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. We love how friendly, professional, and accommodating the staff are. They are all very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help in any way they can.

This location has the absolute best customer service. Every time I have gone in for a vehicle service or to buy something I've always been greeted by a knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They really go above and beyond to be personable and explain whatever it is you are looking for. We even bought my new tires from VIP instead of a competitor because they are just much more pleasant to deal with.

Never a disappointment - Justin and his crew are awesome people who take very good care of their customers. I've never felt like they are pushing services or sales on me that I don't need, and I always leave with a smile.

I've taken my vehicles here multiple times always receiving a list of issues that never existed. After finally getting a 2nd mechanics opinion currently on my Jeep I realized that the folks st VIP in Stratham are clowns and know nothing of what they are doing. I was told I needed two front ball joints replaced and it would cost me around $800 because in order to fix the ball joints they needed to replace the boot assembly. After my 2nd opinion told me all I need is a left tie rid abz tires I knew that was the day I would never bring my car to a VIP!

I have been going to the Stratham VIP for the last ten years to have my Truck serviced there. Justin the front manager started as my mechanic and now he is the front Manager. It is always nice to walk in there in see him, and him to know your vehicle inside and out. It just makes everything so much easier having someone you trust.

I brought my new wheels in and bought tires there, Had an issue with a tpm sensor from another company that was not working and they took care of it getting me right in with another appointment. Very professional.

I've had all three of our cars serviced at VIP in Stratham, NH, and all I can say is the service they provide is top notch. They are fair, honest and cost is reasonable. Above all, the fact I don't feel like they are trying to raid my wallet is the #1 reason I go there. We buy tires, get inspections, have minor and major repairs done, and have NEVER had an issue with these guys and gals. Great shop - please don't change the way you operate. My wife and I give you kudos whenever we get the chance.
