9 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I called 3 times about a legal matter, all 3 times i was told Mr. Aiello is busy and will call you soon.
No one ever called me back, if you are busy and can’t take new cases then you should let the customer know, but this is very unprofessional, I am glad that i had to go through this, now i know i cannot trust these guys to handle my legal matters and how proactive they will be with their client’s issues.
I have also asked them to be removed from Metlife legal plan
This lawyer got my case moved from a felony to misdemeanor, to a plain ordinance (loitering.) best money spent. Both the lawyer and his paralegal was professional, knowledgeable, and just plain competent.
