Terrible experience, after the total is paid they forget about the case.
Neither Jessica nor the lawyer answer the phone, and when they put another lady on me, she had a terrible attitude towards my wife and myself.
In short, Mrs. Citizen and we have a girl when the case began, she was newborn, the case lasted almost 5 years, my girl had already grown up, hehe, he had told me from 12 to 16 months.
Worst of all is that you pay everything up front.
Avoid bad times and headaches seriously.

Moses Apsan is an amazing lawyer that takes time to explain things thoroughly and knows the law very well. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about him.

His firm is the best one in Newark, and everyone is generally respectful. I've heard story's from family friend that they even take on some of the most complicated case and have won. The firm does have people that also speak in Portuguese and Spanish which can be helpful.

If I'm being nitpicky, the only small feedback, is improving the communication about client's case and questions that they might have.
