Unprofessional and RUDE. Just needed advice concerning a time sensitive matter. Waited days for a return call, after I was assured I’d receive one. Called back to only get VM. Decided to call once more from an unknown number and got an answer. The gentlemen was rude and defensive, before I could even say a word, and basically said he’s too busy to help me. Time wasted.

Mr. Whelan is the absolute BEST! He's super professional, to the point, yet very compassionate. He knows his stuff! I found him online and he got back to me asap and we got the ball rolling with no holdup. I would definitely recommend his services with no hesitation. Just spoke to this lawyer. RUDE and unprofessional. I say refresh your website to accurately reflect what services you offer so that people like me DO NO WASTE OUR TIME. The negative reviews are true but I figured I find out for myself. Waste of 5 minutes and yes I spoke to Whelan directly.

I had to follow up with him anytime I needed something, he was iffy responding to emails and would only open files if I had him on the phone. He assured me I didn't owe him any money until the close of my real estate contract, but when the contract fell through he demanded money from me and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't send it. So if you like your lawyer to be A) Lazy or B) Dishonest or C) a Scumbag then look no further he checks off all the boxes.

Chuck is not only a skilled attorney, but his professionalism is exceeded by his compassion. I was lucky to have found him and appreciate the diligence and commitment he showed to my case. Seems to be only interested in real estate closings. Out of all the real estate attorneys I have called in Middlesex county, calling here was the worst of them all. Extremely unhelpful. Probably not as much pay in court appearance or consultation than with home closings. Seems to have rude secretary screen matters to only take on home closings and to avoid court and all other issues. Very unprofessional.
