We had our adjustment of status applications filed through Chugh firm in New Jersey. As it turned out there was a huge influx of applicants with their filing dates turning current in one go and everyone scrambling to get their adjustment applications filed on time. This impacted Chugh firm as well with this sudden spike in volume but they were very courteous and professional through out the process. Our applications were reviewed thoroughly with emphasis on potentially avoiding a request for evidence for any missing information or documents. This is the worst firm ever, i had an excellent experience when MISHITA JETHI was working here, she left the firm and after her, my case is like nowhere, whenever i called them, i had to face really rude behaviour and now they are telling me that we have no attorney who works for individual case but only business, so u have to find a new lawyer for your upcoming green card interview, and during this i got my interview call, but one of the attorneys there, asked them (USCIS) for extension without even asking me. And now no response from CHUGH firm. They are not responding to my calls or emails for 2 or 3 weeks,
I’m really disappointed
