Generally speaking, Herbert Ellis is not just a Great and Knowledgeable lawyer, but He works for you as well as for his friend. Before describing everything else, I'm happy to say that I didn't get jailed and my probation time is minimal, which I consider a huge success, especially for my case.
My case was not easy, because the police report included a weapon, and therefore I had big problems, which ended in my arrest and jail at the same time.
Firstly, I got out of jail in a short time and was at home during the period of pre-trial observation, which is 100% the merit of the lawyer Herbert Ellis. This means that instead of sitting in jail and waiting for a trial, I was at home and, most importantly, continued my job.
Second: when my son came to him with all my problems, he developed a defense plan the same day and knew how to solve all my problems in the future and followed this plan from day one. I say that his plan is always good and did not need to be reconstructed and as a result saved me a huge amount of time and money. By the way, his fees for this case were absolutely reasonable and definitely very reasonable compared to other law offices, in terms of difficulty of trial
Third: he always updates me with all the information from the court and introduced me to all the information that is necessary for the defense, as well as supported me in all the steps that I have to complete during the trial.
Fourth: When the master plan began to work, he gave me his assistant lawyer from his office - Steven Slavoff, who not only helped me with all the documentation from the court, but more importantly with all the procedures and especially the requirements from the court, but also helped me as a psychologist all the way until everything was finished.very important Slavoff was very supportive and helpful during the trial as well.
Fifthly: I was very pleased with the office of Herbert Ellis in terms of honesty and recommendations. All you need to know at any time is truthful information and recommendations. When you are experiencing critical events, all you need is to trust your lawyer and trust that he is doing everything you need. I don't trust people that much, especially in a situation involving my future, but Herbert Ellis is the kind of lawyer you need to have behind your back if you want to be sure that everything will be fine.
Sixes: I had a hundred questions for my lawyer during the period when the trial or sentencing was pending, or when I was just burdened with my own thoughts. I have always received excellent advice and professional support.
Seventh: After everything ended successfully in my case, I want to say that out of the four accusations for long terms, only two remained that were changed to suspended sentences and approbation on 1 year.in conclusion, I want to ask everyone not to do stupid and stupid things, to think about your life and your behavior before anything happens, but if a disaster suddenly happened and you need someone's help in a very quick period of time, I think that I would not recommend anyone other than the office of Herbert Ellis. He really help me and my family.
