36Beware! I have contacted a lawyer regarding Josco Energy. One of their agents illegally stole my information and transferred my services to them. Unfortunately, I realized this too late (after almost 4 months) they were charging me 600 DOLLARS EXTRA! That is how I found out! NOW, they have been lying telling me they will give me my money back and until now I have not received anything. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM AND ARE LOOKING TO STEAL MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE.
No stars if I could. If u are with Pepco, Pepco will tell u that they are not affiliated with them! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND REPORT THEM!
I denied and said i didn't want this energy after they explained everything to me! 7 months later i realize they've been charging me since then! HOW?
Their door to door salesman fraudulently took my account number and signed me up without my permission. Now they said I have to pay this inflated bill this month and next month before it gets cancelled. Do not, I repeat do not let them see your bill, they will charge you more and apparently can sign you up without you agreeing with just your account number. Terrible business practices going on here.
When they called to sign me up they told me their rates were better than what I was recieving through National Grid my provider. Well after over 2 years of their service I paid just under $2000 extra over double than I should have. I called them and they pretty much said I could have questioned it and changed it at any time. So pretty much what they were saying is, is that if I'm dumb enough to over pay than I deserve it. They were charging. 12% while my provider was charging. 05%. My husband and I are disabled and live on a limited income, I hope this makes them feel good. So please if this only helps one person please check your rates through your provider before taking their word that their rates are better. But they did offer to send me over $300 not much compared to what I have paid in.big time scammers stay away. They are not here to help anyone but themselves.

Josco Energy and is workers are like snakes and scorpions. My mother showed them the bill, and next thing you know we had a bill that was double like crazy. We never authorize them as our third energy supplier, bunches of Snakes.
If I could I would give them a -1 star. I was told by their representative that my bill would be lowered but they charged me double for 3 months, was never charged anything like that before I switched. This company is fraudulent, their actions don’t match their words.
Their rate was competatively lower than PECO's for the first two months then thevthird month it doubled.
I called to speak to someone and waiting to hear back from them, so since no one returned my call, I switched back to PECO.
This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD. I am reporting them to everyone. They took my information after I told them that I DO NOT WANT TO USE them and added themselves onto my Pepco bill. I have been paying them for months not recognizing it and that phone number NO ONE NEVERRRRR answers. And they have my bill jacked up and I'm not putting nothing towards your company and I'm going to sue! They been taking money from me for months without permission of service! FRAUD!
Avoid avoid avoid. Instead of paying 7 cents an hour, like PPL charges, i am paying 11 cents an hour. These people are crooks and liars. I cant believe its legal for them to do this
Lowered my bill in Toledo Ohio. Every area is different based on variable rates give it chance! It worked for me!
Be careful with this company. They are going door to door and saying, we save your bills. Their representative showed up after working ours 7: 30pm. BE CAREFUL.
We've been with Josco for a few years and have been utilizing our energy price savings from them.
Josco has been our energy providers for the best 4 months and worked out a deal with us to save about 10% off our monthly bills. It has been going well so far.
Our bill has gone down since we've been a customer of Joscos. We would be glad to stick with them as long as they give us good energy rates.
Our rates are pretty good since switching to Josco. We had some issues with it in the beginning but they helped us changed our account.
As long time customers we have been enjoying their service so far. If the discounts continue we don't plan to change energy providers.
They are the worst company i ever came across from, they made promised were never met, they didn't give me the promotion they promised, they also promised me to give free bulbs also never did, d ont ever trust JOSCO
We started with Josco in the past month for a trial run and it's going great so far, thanks to their team for helping.
