I found Walter on avvo.com. I needed to file for a trademark and I didn’t know what to do as it was overwhelming. We quickly got to speak and he calmly and patiently explained everything that I needed, what to expect and gave me a very reasonable price for his services. Walter did an incredible job for us. We applied for our Utility Patent in May 2018 and received our notice of allowance in approx 3 1/2 months. Got the issued Utility Patent in hand in a total of 6 months from the day we filed! We are very impressed with his work and his knowledge of Patent law. He doesn't nickle and dime you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WISH I HAD REPORTED HIM TO THE ETHICS COMMITTEE. I am very grateful to Walter for his job on preparation and getting my patent. I am not a novice inventor and I recognize the value of the patent attorney's work. Walter gave a lot of attention to the case, grasped the smallest details of the invention and was attentive to my judgement. My case was a difficult one: first, due to the subject of the invention (a complicated dynamics in it) and second, due to a difficult USPTO examiner who issued a terse rejection in the initial office action.
