I met with Richard Belli about 4 years ago after a work injury- I needed to have surgery but my workers comp would not approve it. He came recommended to us by a family friend who had worked with him previously.
Rich was very knowledgeable and knew that the surgery needed.
2 surgeries later and a lot of physical therapy. I was cleared. And then covid and the pandemic hit.
Rich and his team still put in a lot of work to try and get my settlement taken care of, even during the height of the pandemic. They got me in to see my doctors and then it was a waiting game.
Rich was very patient with me as I emailed him almost monthly to check in and see where things were going. Even with the continuous delays and push backs he advocated strongly for it to be settled so we could move on from the accident and begin living again.
When we finally got word that the insurer was approving my settlement, Rich worked with me so we could get paperwork in before the Christmas holiday. The best gift was getting the phone call that everything was approved and signed.
His team even checked in to make sure payment was received in a timely manner.
