My personal experience from dealing with Virtua's schedeler's by phone is that this is an extremely hard medical system to deal with! I am going to another provider and would highly recommend the same!

From my personal experience I keep wondering if the emergency room wanted me to die. That's how bad my experience is. I do know billing charged my insurance for the Doctors consultation. That entailed the doctor refused to do anything for me medically, lied to my face, apparently to get rid of me sooner, and pointed to the exit and told me to leave. I was scared because if I confronted her at all I afraid she would call security on me. Getting dragged out by security, arrested by the Police, and barred by the hospital would do nothing for my health. Also, there is a new patent rights sign up in the ER waiting area. Could someone please explain to me why EVERYONE else has a right by law to receive proper medical examination and treatment in Virtua Hospital but myself? I even have insurance and on my best behavior because I needed emergency medical help. In all other hospitals consider internal bleeding as an Emergency room level medical emergency!?

I just found out Virtua physical therapy department in Moorestown has given a list of patients phone numbers to a Research Marketing company. This is a breach of the HIPPA laws. Has anyone else received this type of phone call? I have called the Virtua corporate office several times this morning to speak with the director regarding this. I have been given numbers and been transferred several times. I want the corporate office to be made aware of this.
