2We had our 16 yrs old Lexus up for sale. They are not only offering with top price and they are very professional. They came to our home to appraisal and took our car away. We didn't need to drive around to deal with car dealerships and tried to make a trade in deal anymore. All the dealers were offering very ridiculous low price for trade. I think if you should give this company a call before you agree any trade in. They show up on time and we are very pleased with the sale.
Lou was absolutely amazing. Honest, straightforward, detail oriented. Typically unheard of in this industry. He was clear on managing expectations and explaining options. It was such a pleasure doing business with him. I don’t bother rating many things but this deserves 5 stars.
