The realtor I had to interact with (Jason B) could not have been more rude. He cut me off and told me all the units were rented out and hung up on me before I could say anything else. He very poorly represents the whole real estate company in charge of renting out the units and brings a bad image to this beautiful property. The receptionist with MNS realty was great and told me in fact there were quite a few available units for rent, so I don’t know why he told us there was nothing available when I spoke to him. Unfortunately I will not be choosing to live here.

Beautiful building, amenities, roof top Terence, parking, nice neighbors, concignice, easy access to subways. Great building.
