10 Hanover Square, New York NY

We have been living here for the last 4 months while waiting for our house in new jersey to be ready. The staff are absolutely lovely. Carl, Joe, Johnny and Raj have been so helpful especially having 2 children in New York. Can't fault our experience and would highly recommend 10 Hanover Square.

Do not pay a broker to see units here, visit their website directly for listings and tour the units yourself by talking to the doorman. DO NOT pay anyone 15% to move here.

The professionalism, competence, and attentiveness of our leasing adviser Kevin Stainback made the leasing procedure a breeze. His willingness to go above and beyond, offering detailed information, and assisting us through paperwork was amazing. We felt valued as a result of the process. The building provides an excellent living environment, with speedy elevators and lovely amenities; nevertheless, there is no dedicated gym. I'd recommend this welcoming and vibrant community to all.

Love this building and its amenities and finishes. The doormen are great and layouts are perfect for my clients. The leasing office is always so professional and helpful. As a realtor I always feel confident bringing my clients to this property. Special shout out to Ryan in the office and Carl behind the desk.

I am living in 10 hanover square and love this place like my home, and it is my lovely home, great look and place of this building, hall like and better then many 5 stur hotels (5 “stur” means 7 stars) roof top which i must to use with craw of this building! All the best to us!

Pursuing a sublet/move out process currently and it is not simple. However, Kevin S.from the leasing office was extremely helpful, compassionate, and professional. He is incredibly responsive and helped me throughout this process. Thank you Kevin!

I seldom write reviews but deliberately carved out the time to recognize Kevin Stainback from leasing:) Not only was he extremely response, knowledgable, accommodating and yes dealing with me.obviously patient haha.but he also emulated such positive and happy energy! A true joy to work with. Looking forward to continually working with him and 10 Hanover!

Do not live here if you like safe elevators or elevators that work in general. I have lived here for over a year and have yet to have a single week where every elevator was working. Management doesn’t care what so ever. Worse yet, I have had several situations of getting stuck in the elevator and the elevator dropping multiple floors before catching itself. As well, the rent is completely unjustified for the quality of the building and amenities offered. I would never live here again.

He answers all questions thoroughly, he got maintenance people in within hours of our conversation, and has given us updates and dealt with everything with a quickness.
