3My time at 101 Bruckner was superb! The maintenance staff were friendly and always available to take care of maintenance request, the building and amenities are always clean and looked after daily, trash is disposed of properly and in a timely manner so there was never an issue of having a trash anywhere visible in the building. Amenities were always available and great to use. Management was always attentive and extremely kind (which is rare sometimes in a landlord/tenant relationship, so I was very appreciative of that). Can’t say better things about this apartment complex!
The lobby’s is always super clean. The repairs were fast. The area is awesome. The management is fantastic. The apartments are spacious. I had a great time living here!
I really like how this property has fit in the community, when I approached the lobby, I met a resident who greeted me warmly, but protective of the property. It was clean, they have a cool yoga room on the 6th floor. The apartment I saw was spacious and well amenitized. I would definitely bring more clients here. And the views of the skyline was awesome.
