My experiences with 12pell can only be described as consistently exceptional. I have no feedback for areas of improvement because they painstakingly take the time to make every customer's experience a positive one.

Everybody on staff is patient and does a fantastic job at explaining what they are doing while paying attention to every little detail. The staff is friendly yet professional creating an inviting ambience that is genuine. My haircut was given to me by Mary T.at my most recent visit and I could not have been happier with the experience.

If you are looking for a barbershop, look no further than 12pell. You will not be disappointed.

Started coming here about a year ago and never looked back! I always get a quality cut here and Larry is my go to barber. He makes the experience very chill it's almost as if we are friends hanging out rather than just being a job to do. Highly recommended!

The experience was very good. I booked Kevin. He was very attentive. It was my first time to get my hair cut and I didn't feel uncomfortable because the hair stuck to my clothes. Kevin was also very attentive in his consultation. Definitely recommend Kevin.

Mary is an exceptional hair stylist! The haircut was perfect. Though I walked in with a rough idea of what I wanted, with her expert suggestions and styling tips, I'm really happy with the way it turned out! Highly recommend her!

Very calm and professional environment. I was taken care of by JOSH. My goal was to grow out my hair so he talked me through what his plans were to set me up and gave his recommendations for what he thought was best for me. Super chill guy! Highly recommend this place and will for sure be coming back!

This is a great place to come get your hair cut. My barber was josh, he was kind and easy to talk to about the type of hair I wanted to do and the environment is nice and relaxing.

I stopped by for a walk-in and received a scissor cut from Josh. He was super informative with his advice on my hair and I couldn't be happier with the haircut I received. If you get the chance to book with him I 100% suggest going for it, you won't be disappointed.

Found 12 Pell through IG and was visiting NYC last week so decided to make an appointment with Peter for a scissor cut. It was an overall great experience; nice atmosphere, very customer-focused. Appreciated how Peter went over how to style after the cut. The value is worth the cost; will definitely drop by again the next time I'm in the city.

If you’re undecided on going to 12Pell then you shouldn’t be. Their whole service and hospitality is top notch. The shop is awesome too and really relaxing.

I had a hair consultation with Peter and he helped me demystify my hair, face shape and how I could evolve my hairstyle down the road. He gave me a scissor cut and spent an hour or more meticulously making sure the cut was detailed well.

I have to say 12/10 - best barbershop I’ve been to in NYC. Peter is also an incredibly kind, knowledgeable and charismatic guy who made the whole experience really easy and fun.
