Their turn around time to fix things is usually within 24 hours. They've gone above and beyond to accommodate my roommates and myself and they're considerate of tenets' schedules. The only downside is that they're pricey but they let you use heat and AC and electric as much as you want without increasing rent. Roommates:)

Day 4 with broken A/C, supposedly throughout the entire property. 80 degrees in the apartment at all times is miserable for both me and my poor dog. No word from the office and zero updates or apologies until you call to ask why it’s still not fixed almost a week later. For the amount I pay in rent, I’d expect better communication and for issues to be resolved more promptly.
