175 Kent Apartments, Brooklyn NY

I loved living at 175 Kent. There is a lot of light in the units. Clean building. Doormen are lovely and so helpful. Best location. And Brandon the manager is excellent. On top of things and very proactive.

Have loved living here the last 3 months. The building is well taken care of and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location right by the water makes for some nice afternoon strolls, too!

I hand the most insightful wonderful experience with Brandon Castro of Equity earlier today. A joy to speak with. He was kind understanding patient and listened to my needs / wants and understood my POV. He offered ideal solutions handled his approach with humor class and intelligence. I moved to NYC about 10 years ago and I’ve changed apt every year looking for the perfect management, well in 2019 I finally move to Williamsburg at 175 Kent and it is the first time I’ve signed for the second year in a row.
The office stuff is super friendly, the super very responsive and all the doorman the best I have ever had, beside all the improvement made day by day, like adding tables, chairs and bed on the rooftop, the building smells always amazing and it’s located in one of the most cool area’s in NY.
I Highly recommend them!
