1st Class Physical Therapy, PC, Brooklyn NY

This place is a waste of time. Nice people, and I'm sure they mean we'll, but the PT is terrible. They will put all patients on e-stim and ultrasound so they can bill your insurance an extra $250, but never try to understand what your real injury is.

After two months of PT here I went to a surgeon for a follow up. He described this PT as 'a sham' and referred me elsewhere. In one session at a reputable place they were able to diagnose a pinched nerve and release it the same day.

There is also a world of difference in terms of skill, process, education that exists in better PT practices. I would strongly advise anyone with a real injury to seek a practice that's affiliated with a reputable surgical center before walking in the door here.

This office has refused to send me a check that they owe me for haven't two years. They placate me and don't deny the money is owed. When I was receiving physical therapy here, they changed physical therapists on me twice, and the replacements were fresh out of college and had no experience. The turnover on their PTs is high, so don't expect to be working with the same person. You get very little one-on-one time. They are understaffed and juggle multiple patients simultaneously. I wasted my time any money at this is practice. Don't make my mistake.

1st class physical therapy is a very friendly comfortable and clean place. The years and level of experience throughout the staff makes you feel like you in the right place.i had rotator cuff surgery and im progressing very well due to the physical therapy ive been recieving from 1st class. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants/needs high quality physical therapy done.

I did pre and post knee surgery therapy here with Sama. She was very helpful and great to work with. The rest of the staff were very good too. The facility and equipment need an upgrade.

I have been seeing physical therapist Sama Khedgikar in Williamsburg for a running injury. She is awesome and the rest of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

This place has literally saved my body! Liz, D, and the team are complete professionals, but also give you the individual care you do not seem to receive from most places. I highly recommend this establishment in every way.

MY BEST EXPERIENCE AT PHYSICAL THERAPY! This was my 3rd time doing pt, my 2nd time for the same issue - an old ankle injury sustained when I was in my early 20s, too depressed to take the injury seriously and too traumatized to speak honestly with doctors about how much pain I was really in. 10 YEARS OF EXCRUCIATING PAIN and believing I deserved to suffer and I let it ruin my quality of life. I decided to roll again, just one more time. And I won the jackpot!

I’ve been with 1st Class since February. I literally wanted to cry when I began to notice that I could walk most days without limping, that I could wake up in the morning and not be in pain. I can feel and see the difference in my ankle. (I cannot say the same about the first time I did pt with a totally different place - not naming names! But that office was depressing and I left that place in more pain tbh.) My ankle isn’t at 100% because my insurance won’t continue paying for the appointments I *need*, so I had my last one the other day. But I am hopeful about my ankle for once!

I believe the folks at 1st Class truly care about you, they get to know you, and share parts of themselves with you too. You’re not just a patient. You’re a person. Krystal, Hitaxi and Sanet! I’m going to miss you all! Thank you for caring about me! <3 <3 <3

They are the best! First time I went there with a Sacrum injury, practically unable to walk, nobody could help me up to that point.
Elizabeth did the evaluation, immediately she knew exactly what was happening and 3 weeks later I was fine, I was able to go back to teach.
Another thing that I love of 1st Class Physical Therapy is that they make you feel welcome all the time and that they really care.
I teach Martial Arts and also injured a foot, and later an arm, again, 3 weeks later, problem solved. I don't have enough words to thank them. I recommend them to everybody.
