1st Marine Corps District reviews
15 The ID Office Admin, Razona Patzold, did a phenomenal job. She was extremely courteous, professional and an amazing source of information during my enrollment for my dependent. One of the few ID Office Admins that I have met in my 13 years of service that actually wanted to help. Highly recommend this location and this ID Office Admin.
She definitely deserves a promotion or an award.
Just got an ID at the unit here and it couldn’t be more easy. Razna Patzold helped me out and was so kind. Couldn’t ask for a better worker. Highly recommend.
Came in a little earlier than my appointment and was taken care of right away. Fast service and Razna was very helpful with my concerns. No more long waits.
Razna was very helpful and professional! The experience was smooth and hassle-free! Thanks!
They follow the list of people who have already made the appointment, very clear and very efficient!Just 10 minutes I get my dependent ID. They are very Nice and Patient!
Very easy process and very helpful. They made everything feel seamless.
Thank you!
Razna was absolutely amazing. A true professional. I was in and out within 10 minutes and she answered any questions I had.
Razna Patzold helped us. Went to get my wife and daughters added to DEERS as well as get dependent ID for my wife. She was a great help. Thank you.
Fast service and great customer service from Razna! She made the process for me very easy.
Razna in the ID card section is rude horrible civilian employee. She misinformed 2 people both listening on phone when appointment was made then she contradicts herself and changes the rules etc, after she claimed she should have been off 30 mins before. She misinformed 2 witnesses on multiple occasions prior to appointment or outright lied. Disgraceful how she treats veterans and is apparently being allowed by superiors to get away with this nonsense? She should be put in a stock or filing room where she can't mistreat veterans.
Razna was very helpful she helped my entire family. She was very friendly and polite definitely going back there.
Razna helped us today. She was great at her job as a civilian and she took her time helping with other details needed. Keep up the good job Razna!
Civilian Razna was very helpful during my appointment she was very quick, professional and helpful.
The civilian was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Razna helped me throughout the process and it was very quick. I would definitely come back here because other locations they're not helpful at all.
Went to 1st Marine Corps District to get my new 100% Disabled Veteran ID card and my spouses ID card. We were a walk-in, and the Marines and civilian staff were very professional and helpful.
The staff doing ID'S, Razna Patzold is very professional, courteous and pays attention to detail. She runs the ID center by herself, which usually needs at least 2 to 3 people to run smoothly, but she does it by herself. My child came with us, who is under 10 yrs old (no ID yet), but she put in all her information for the future. Thanks Garden City 1st Marine Corps District and Mrs. Razna! Pleasant experience.
