Dr. Melania is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. She's patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough, especially if you have issues. Her staff is also very efficient and patient, which is a plus.

A smiling staff welcomes you as you enter the building and quickly assist you by signing you into their system and pleasantly ask you to have a sit at times I’m tempted to ask what did they have for breakfast that keeps them so pleasant.

The doctor and staff at the Mineola office are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Napolitano gave me the most in depth eye exam, and took her time to explain everything to me. She will be our family optometrist from now on, and would highly recommend them.
