I have been trying to call to get a quote, they always put me in a hole then they tell me they're gonna call me right back they did that twice it's been more than 5 days and I haven't heard from them.

I use Quisqueya shipping allot and up this date everything is positive. I like the fact that they have an actual office to get answers and not just over the phone. I either drop of my packages at the office or have them picked up. Up to this point My packages have been delivered unharmed.

I believe that everyone who has been robbed and mistreated should make a report either to the police or to any sheriff's office. They have robbed me and I will not stay that way, I sent around 800.00 dollars worth of items for my daughter's wedding and the tank arrived half full; a full tank that to close it I sat on top so that my husband will close it.

I fell on the hook first services were good then they wanted to steal the bag of rice but I did not let me refuse to receive the box without the rice and as if by magic it appeared in the truck.
Then he sent another box and almost half of the box was stolen and the "manager" says that the driver says it arrived safely, so I'm a liar.
They failed because of me because I won't send out there again, let alone speak in their favor with my friends and family.

My first shipment with them was excellent, it seems that it is their way of hooking the customer, the second box that I sent took more than two months to be delivered in the DR, according to them due to customs problems.
