The doctor did an excellent job with the crown and it was painless. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I highly recommend it very clean facility and very friendly staff and the price is always right.

Do not go here! Extremely unprofessionals even the Dr.himself. Rude assistant, rolling her eyes at me like the child that she is! I couldn’t hear what the machine was saying bcuz she was speaking to her co worker I was already a lil upset cuz she pushed me by my shoulder to get into the X-ray no apology, smirking. The Dr did not know how to handle the situation. He said I can still stay but she’s my assistant. SMH! He’s going to lose a lot of clients cuz we don’t do disrespect!

My experience is phenomenal every visit. Staff is friendly and kind. The dentist is caring and put your mind at ease. I had a root canal and had delayed getting it done. Finally I had to face my fears as it had gotten really bad. The dentist made me comfortable and assure me I had nothing to worry about. Let’s just say it was a breeze. Thank you Dr.

Nayely is amazing who is dental assistant she is very friendly and helpful. Gabriel is the Dentist here young smart enthusiastic and good advisor. So far this my favorite hospital my brother friend everyone I highly recommend.

The Indian lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and the whole team seems lackadaisical. She sounds like she knows the system but doesn’t she will tell you one thing and then do another. She had me on a wild goose chase for a document and then tell me she didn’t receive it. Don’t come here very unprofessional and condescending. Also got mistaken call from this place and I was disrespected like I called!

Front desk staff etiquette is disgusting via the phone they are so rude and extremely impatient they even called me while I was driving on my way to my way to the appointment and told me to hurry up because the doctor wants to leave my appointment was 5pm my arrival time was 4: 48pm!
Update: I have spoken with Dr. Gabriel he has addressed my concerns, I am still a patient and continuing to follow up with him he really is a good Dentist!

But I stand on my review in regards to the front desk staff!

I got the right and best treatment. It was a great experience while going through the Root Canal treatment here. It was a trouble-free and painless experience to get such critical treatment. The doctor and the staff are amazing, they’re so kind and friendly. I am currently getting some other dental work done too and so far everything is perfect. 100% satisfied.

What a waste of time, this is crazy i wont get back the 1.5 hour I lost waiting for no reason. For is the appointments if you get there on time and they full? Make no sense!

The dentist is very and welcoming. He was comforting and was genuinely concerned. He did an excellent job in fixing my front teeth. I’m able to finally eat and smile again. I highly recommend him!

-1 star. Not a patient here, family of a patient there. They had issues with the dentures. They gave us the run around as the provider doesn't have a set schedule, apparently comes whenever they come, and was asked several times to call after 3p to see if they were coming in. On several occasions, they traveled there waited hours only to be told the dentist or whoever is tasked with fixing or examining dentures, wasn't coming. Of course this was after they charged and was paid by the insurance. On one occasion, I made an appointment on their behalf they asked the reason, I told them issues with his dentures, not even 4 months with these dentures, upon arrival they seemed to be unaware for the visit, said they were due for a cleaning, (only several teeth to clean) as they have pretty much full dentures top and bottom. They made him wait for hours only to say the dentist wasn't coming in. Do not go here.

Front staff Erica was so rude. She should not be there. She doesn’t know how to handle the guest.
