From Salesperson Mark Frederick, CPO working with us on each detail to Eric Lipski, Operations Manager following up with us on orientation of pool mechanicals, 21st Century Pools & Spas takes a Soup-To-Nuts approach to pool construction. Eric's associate Cheyenne was also quite helpful on a myriad of post-orientation questions.

The Crew Leader, Darren Antalek, was a cut above the rest. His eye before, during and post-construction was a wonder to witness! He could literally have his own podcast on pool construction and maintenance!

His crew were courteous, professional, and friendly! Cody Dingman's ability during the backfill was nothing less than masterful!

I'd be remiss if I didn't also make honorable mention to Cody Morton and Carson Skube on their contribution to the project as well. These guys were both amazing and they made the process as easy as such an undertaking can be. Thanks again!

UPDATE 4/25/23: It’s been 2 years since my pool install and 21st Century consistently continues to treat us like a VIP customer! Incredible local business with consistent high customer service! Always friendly, always helpful, always patient and wanting to make sure we get the best experience! Opening and closing of the pool is done with such care and efficiency! 6/21/21 Review: 21st Century Pools provided us the most wonderful experience of designing and installation of our inground pool! Mark, our salesperson, was outstanding explaining every option and sharing his vast knowledge of experience as we decided on what we wanted! Cheyenne was wonderful giving us statuses on the schedule! Then the Install Crew showed up and were so attentive, asking exactly what we wanted, even saved some family shrubs we didn't think could be spared but they did! They were on time every day and answered our hundreds of questions throughout the process! They worked long, hot days and gave us statuses throughout the entire process and reviewed the day's work at the end of the day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The crew even got done a day early with the install process because they worked extra long days! We had an outstanding Project Lead with Darren! Darren was so easy to work with and welcomed our interruptions and many suggestions, always with a smile! The crew of Alex, Cody, Don and Nate worked incredibly hard too! Our site was a challenging one with hills and rocky soil, but they never complained even once, they worked through all our hurdles! Every one of the crew were so friendly and so approachable to talk with us! My husband and I set our expectations very high, so really appreciated the attentiveness they consistently displayed throughout the entire process! Darren and Crew sure worked hard through the heat and drizzly rain and never complained ever. 21st Century Pool Management did visits to our site all along asking if we were happy with the progress. Eric and Calvin were incredible talking with us on what to expect and asking what we wanted! Mark, our salesman, even came out a couple of times to check on us and asked how the install was proceeding! Then Eric came back days after the install to check on our satisfaction and answered more of our questions! The experience couldn't have been a better one! I highly recommend 21st Century Pools & Spas for pool installations and look forward to doing many years of business with them in the future!

21st did a great job with our spa and their showroom is amazing. Taylor and Eric helped tremendously and Eric, Carson, and Mike did an amazing job delivering it. Couldn't ask for better service from a small business!

We worked with Mark and he was very helpful and took the time to answer and explain all of our questions. We are currently under contract for an inground pool installation in the spring of 23 and can't wait to see the finished product.

We had 21st Century complete repair work on our in ground pool. The lack of communication, along with service delays, and overall poor customer service made our experience a very unpleasant ordeal. We would not recommend this pool company.

Inground crew was fantastic. Carson, Cody, Darren, and Joe did a great job. Very professional and efficient.

Had liner replacement completed. It did take a bit of time as it was the beginning of the season. However, we were given a realistic estimate on time frame. Eric was helpful and professional. Not a pushy salesman. Rich and Nate did an awesome job with the installation of the liner.

Service department this year is extremely unprofessional. They are hiring young people who have NO clue about customer service. We have used them for years but this year by far is the worse. Extremely Unprofessional!

Both employees I have worked with, one, a younger guy, and the other a woman were very helpful in trying to find the correct filter for my hot tub. They were also great at running a water test and getting me exactly what I needed to correct my initial issues. I highly recommend them for their service to the customer.

21ST century has been amazing to work with from day 1. They installed our above ground pool and have been amazing when it comes to scheduled maintenance. All around a great place to work with when it comes to all your pool needs.

Very Helpful in the store. I just moved here and got a house with a hot tub. I have never had a hot tub before. They told me all I needed to do and they made it very simple to understand. Cant wait to go there for all my needs!

Awesome experience. Very knowledgeable staff helped me resolve an algae issue without selling me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Look forward to working with them in the future.

They did my liner last year. And I cant tell you how happy I was with it. My old liner looked like trash. They were in and out in a day. They were the only place in the area that said they could even do that year. So happy I called them!

I could not have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience! Never owning a pool before myself, I had not even the first clue how to winterize my pool. They were able to provide very easy to follow instructions, and the proper chemicals that even a first time could follow and use. Would recommend to anyone!
