We parked here for 4 nights in mid-late August. Leaving the car was easy - all done quickly and efficiently. The problem was when we came to pick up the car. It was parked on the top of a hydraulic lift (with a car parked below), and both the boss and the helper argued - neither wanted to take the time to bring it down. After waiting about 25 minutes, we finally got the car and I realized I'd left a package in our condo located directly above (and we were recuperating the car 90 minutes early). The staff refused to let me park for another 5 minutes needed to get the package (there were several open spots right beside their office) and were outright aggressive and rude. I'll avoid this place in the future.

I wish I can give a zero review. Got told by one if their OWN EMPLOYEE that it was $22 plus tax to leave overnight and get it before 12pm. Come to find out I have to pay $52.got scammed and lied to. Did not even let me talk to the supervisor because the employee (manager) was scared of him! What kind of business is this? Please do not go here! Unless if you want to get robbed.

Avoid this place. I have been parking here for more than a year and everything was ok in the beginning. It was within last three months where I found scratches, broken side mirror, and damaged hubcap at different times. The staff denied of these claims every time. At first, I thought I got the scratches outside of the parking lot because they said they didn't do it. Given that I had no issue in past year or so parking here, I gave a benefit of the doubt and continued to part there but ended up costing me a lot more. I should have never trusted these guys and the claim's department was no use as they rejected my request to repair the damages. These are dishonest people.

Avoid! When I picked up, I found scratches on rear side, but they didn’t care and refused to report the damage, saying it didn’t happen here.
