6My spot they have their ups and downs because they get really busy but overall they are great
Wait time is horrible. The guy is working alone on a Saturday night, rude to customers who had been waiting for more than 30 minutes. Advise either the manager or the owner to invest a little more so his/her business runs little more smoothly.
I use this garage a lot due to proximity to my office.
They take forever to get your car out. Absolutely awful. I am typing this as I’m waiting 20+ min to get my car. It’s unacceptable.
The employees here are nice though.
Went here on a Saturday.the attendant seemed cool at first. I explained I should be back at 7, but I may be earlier. I ended up coming back at 5. Before I could even get a word in, he grabs my ticket and starts yelling at me basically calling me a liar about the time I would be back. He said it will now be a 10-15 min wait. I tried to explain and asked if I should call or something in the future. He wasnt having any of it, he simply stood there as he was talking to a friend or something, giving me a dirty look clicking his tongue. As if yelling and embarrassing me in front of who I was with was not enough. I have done the parking in the city for work a lot, and always explain my situation. The only comments I ever get back are is if they are a garage that close at 10 or 12am so I got to be back before that time.
Wish there was a negative rating available! Horrible experience at this facility. I booked for 24 hours using spothero and arrived 6 min early. Showed the booking and the attendant nodded n took my car in.
Next day I arrived 15 min before checkout time and they charged me 26 bucks for pulling in 6 min before time!
The attendant went rude on me and it ruined my whole day. The worst service ever - I hated it.
Manager is super friendly and always accommodates me charging my EV.
