We lived here for 3 years. Great apartments in a great building in East Village/Lower East side.
The front desk staff and maintenance staff is super friendly & attentive-they genuinely care about making residents feel welcome and safe in a busy neighborhood. We had 3 different building managers during our time, but the current GM, Sarah, is fantastic. Living in a luxury building is great, but the support from the building staff/management made it feel like home.
Would highly recommend this building if you're interested in the area.
