The rings we ordered are absolutely - I mean ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! My fiancé and I were drop-dead astonished when they arrived! The customer service was personable. And, the product approval process made sure that the physical ring size and width was exactly correct. I appreciated that this happened before the manufacture of the ring itself; they required my verbal acknowledgment in order to proceed with the order.

We love our Celtic sailors knot rings and found the 25 Karats staff responsive and helpful to our getting them resized and inscribed. The one misstep was the company's failure to inform us they could provide us a FedEx label with the right insurance for our return for resizing for $40. Instead, we struggled to find a way to send the rings back. UPS wanted to charge a prohibitive cost for insurance. FedEx wouldn't insure for more than 1K which was not near enough. We used USPS Registered Mail and that was a bad recommendation on the postal clerk's part. Registered mail doesn't keep specific track of where the item is and can take up to two months to deliver it. It took many phone calls and much distress to try to find our rings and over two weeks to deliver them back to 25Karats. The uncertainty was awful. We wish we had known about the choice to pay for for a $40 FedEx label to return the rings for resizing. Returning to the positive, the rings came back to us beautifully resized and inscribed. We're very happy with them.
