Very unprofessional, they lied about the car condition, the car we bought had a lot of mechanical problems, they made a lot of money on us snd gave us garbage, they took our trade in and did not pay the loan for two month lowering our credit. They should be ashamed of what they do to people, They say they are religious and lie in the name of God, I hope God will punish you and your family for what you did to usI hope you will never injoy what you stole from us

Horrible dealer and horrible service but I will only focus and the fact that we went to see a 42k M340i that was posted on their site and some how this car final price was 53k lmao.their so called “fees” are insane.one of the fees is called VIP which cost 4K and this is for them to do anything the car needs before giving it to you.like oil change and minor things like why am I being charge for this? There are 8 other fees that make no sense when I asked the sales person he said that is also to
Cover things that were already done to the car? I asked what was done to the car and his ANSWER WASS “I can’t tell you all that” …. What’s? What you mean!? Also the owner or manager of the place… discriminated us because of our appearances… please save your self from a really unpleasant experience. DONT GO TO THIS DEALER.

I had cliff as my sales guy and he was wonderful. Provided great customer service to me. He also made sure I was set with everything. Great communication as well.

Can’t get a call back 2 days later. Answering machines states otherwise. Also answering machine says they close at 7 on Fridays and that they are also open Saturdays, which they are not. If operating a business, be clear about your hours of operation on your answering machine.

To the value of the car they add a policy of 3000 dollars, plus the money that you have to leave as an initial payment. A car that is worth 19,000 ends up paying 30.000 dollars with taxes and in an official dealer of the brand that you want for 32,0000 you buy the new car. It is not a convenient saving for your company, not for the consumer. Also, leave some money to set aside the car you see and then when you go to complete the deposit they tell you that the car is for sale.they are thieves
