Dr De'elia was amazing! I was in pain, and they took me in the next day. Complete professional! And so thankful for her taking me in at the last minute.

I needed an infection in my gums taken care of through a procedure that I was uneasy about. Dr. Reisig was amazing as were her team members. She told me everything that she would be doing and kept letting me know it was going well. I would go back to Dr. Reisig again if I ever need anything else done. Also, everyone I encountered in the office were very friendly and kind.

Dr. Reisig is amazing! I needed an emergency root canal treatment and from start to finish the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. The practice is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was an outstanding experience and I really appreciated all of the team providing exceptional patient care. I had a pretty severe fall and had to get multiple root canals. She was quick, thorough and sympathetic. I was in a lot of pain but every time I visited I noticed a huge improvement. I can not thank Dr. D’elia enough.

Dr. D'Elia is excellent, and very detail oriented. I had pain in my tooth for 2 years. I've been to 4 different offices. Nobody could determine the pain. They did a lot of additional testing, and everyone refused to make a root canal even if I asked to do that, except Dr. D'Elia. She understood the type of pain I had and made a root canal. Finally, after 2 years, I do not have pain and can chew on my left side without being afraid to touch the tooth.

I had an emergency situation and was flying in for an event from Charleston, South Carolina to NYC. I went straight from the airport to the amazing Dr. D'Lia! Carmen was extraordinary arranging everything! Two days later I was on the stage performing pain free!
After my performance, I came back to have the root canal finished and now I am returning from NYC to have the crown installed!

It is one thing to be fortunate to have a great Dr.and staff, but it is quite rare to find a team that goes above and beyond, especially for an out-of-towner!

The show must and did go on, because Dr. D took away the pain!

I put off a root canal for about 5 years. It was done in 1 hour. Zero pain in the chair, zero pain afterwards. I citibiked it home and had a great meal (chewing on the one side of my mouth). Woke up the next day, 100% business as usual, no soreness whatsoever. If I ever need another, I will be back and not wait 5 years. Thank you.

Dr. D'Elia and her staff were professional and gracious. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but they made sure I was comfortable. They even accommodated me when I was late.

Dr Reisig was communicative, worked fast but seemed very thorough. Her assistants evidently knew their roles- they were in sync with her and knew what was needed when it was needed. Almost no post-op discomfort.

I had tried to get a better idea of the insurance coverage prior to the treatment by calling and emailing the office and calling CIGNA. When certain imaging wasn't covered it was a bit of a surprise. Knowing that would probably not have changed my mind given timing pressures - and probably not something they can control - but the office should have been more responsive. (some of that is on CIGNA whose coverage/costs estimates were way off). Other than that hiccup, all good.

Had a root canal retreatment on Jul 29. Dr. D’Elia was GREAT, GENTLE HANDS and personable! No swelling, NO PAIN!

They' re terrific. Dr. D'Elia and everyone who work there are really professional, nice and efficient. I had two procedures there and they were both done very well on all counts. Nothing but good things to say about them.

Dr. D'Elia was amazing. It was my first root canal, and I was expecting quite an ordeal. Instead, the kind, professional staff made me feel at ease, and Dr. D'Elia explained the process clearly. The entire process took less than 90 minutes, and she saved a tooth I though I would have to pull! While I know this will not be the case for everyone, I experienced no pain or swelling after the novocaine wore off. A miracle!

Receptionist called me twice (17 min prior to the appt) that my appt is cancelled… I was at the dentist location when she called about my appt being cancelled.

Need better admins

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and Dr. D'Elia and her entire team. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of the onset of tooth pain, and during my consult, Dr. D'Elia recommended a root canal. She had a packed Friday schedule but graciously started my procedure knowing I had a trip coming up. My trip would have been ruined but her compassion/empathy really was top notch. Procedure went smoothly, and I am so thankful!

Dr. D’Elia and her team is amazing. Front desk was welcoming, clear, and communicative. Dr. D'Elia explained every step of the treatment process, and made sure to check throughout the procedure that I felt comfortable. She also outlined next steps and gave recommendations.
