They don’t even list the garage properly on here because they get so many bad reviews. The 420 Kent Ave LLC parking garage, operated by City Parking is a complete scam. If you make the mistake of parking here, at least make sure that whatever you agree to pay is in writing and signed, notarized etc. I was given a monthly space, explicitly told the price, and was then charged a daily rate at an arbitrary much higher cost. Then they held my motorcycle for ransom until I paid them 2K for two months of parking. AND btw no customer service whatsoever… tried calling more than 40 times over the course of 3 days. Be aware, these people are thieves.
