Unfortunately, living here this year has been the worst rental experience I've had in my 6 years of living in NYC. Management breaks the law, steals keys, enters your apartment without consent, does not respond to emails / phones, and generally provides a sub-par experience. Would recommend anyone to stay far away from this building.

The management is really nice and prompt with any maintenance requests or queries, I really enjoyed my stay here
