5 This is a great place to live. It is located in the center of many famous places such as Gantry Park, LIC Ferry Station, East River, Manhattan View, and luxury restaurants.
I think it's the best place in New York.
Worst apartment I’ve lived in by FAR, Rude staff and even ruder neighbors.very toxic
Clean. Great doorman. Great building super and maintenance. Very responsive. The only issue I have with the building is that the included gym is small and sad. I don’t want to go across the street to the gym and have to pay more. It’s not loud here. Never hear neighbors. Street noise is not so bad but we are higher up.
People are not always wearing face mask in the building or outside the community. The building surface looks OK but the inside property is old and the units do not have in-unit wash and dryer, people share wash and dryer in the laundry.
Be careful with this place. The leasing manager is a scammer (Ivan Urgiles). I been living here for almost 1 year. I referred my friend to move here and they never applied the “referral program” they made up a whole situation to not pay me. Second, I moved apartments to a more expensive unit, the gym membership that was included suddenly disappeared and they asked me to pay for it monthly. I would recommend to tray with this kind of company and the persons that is the face of the leasing office is a big scammer!
