5 Napkin Burger, New York NY

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. You'll definitely need 5 napkins (or more) while eating these delicious, juicy burgers. The servers were attentive and very responsive. The online ordering system was easy to navigate and pay. Try it out! Special shout out to server Marlei - she was awesome and a fellow Kent State Golden Flash!:)

I highly recommend getting the dark chocolate layered cake. It is rich and decadent, perfect sweetness and indulgent chocolate flavor. The best chocolate cake I have had in a very long time!

Sat there for 30 minutes because the order never went through on their app. I opted for another restaurant nearby where I didn't have to place the order online. I'm sure the food is good. I just didn't get a chance to taste it!

Food was delicious! My kids thought so too! We decided to eat outside which was great. Easy to order and pay via mobile and the staff was attentive. Definitely coming back!

First time at this location (first time in 5 Napkin was at UES location). This one was really good as well! I loved the free soda refill. I paid with Apple Pay using the QR code on the table. Quick and safe.
The burger is sooo goood!

Burger was delicious, onion rings were, too. Ordering and bill payment all done on phone, which was convenient and a nice COVID safety measure.

Good food and decent prices. You can order and pay from your table without having a waiter or have a more traditional experience. Wonderful atmosphere. Deducted a star as wait staff wasn't really engaged/caring (said maybe 2 words to us).

I can only give a 5 for excellence.

Downside.the cute potted plants alongside the table had discarded napkins and other debris. Ick.

Great food, horrible service. The servers have their heads in their phones rather than making the rounds. Had to wait 20 minutes for a drink refill.

Great place when pressed for time. Quick and simple ordering from your phone by simply scanning the QR code at your table. You select what you want, pay for it and that's all. Waiters magically show up with drinks and food. Waiters were super nice and funny. We had a great time here. From the point we sat down til finish eating, it maybe was 45 minutes. Sat outside and enjoyed the nice summer breeze. Definitely recommend coming here for a good quality burger and bomb fries!

Good burger place. I don't think it quite lives up to the amazing reputation but the food is quite good. Clean, fast service. Portions are big. Nice folks
