5 Wits Syracuse reviews
19If you want an interactive party where you have to worry about no details this is your place. Very attentive and accommodating in addition to a good value. Show up, have fun, and don't worry about cleaning or anything. Timing is done for you. Awesome.
Another weekend at the mall. This trip we all went to 5 Wits escape rooms. This was a blast although it is a bit expensive. Overall great time and we may come back over break for another adventure.
We had a blast always a fun experience! We've gone through every room and the employees are very understanding and caring about the littles we brought with us!
Staff was very courteous and attentive. They monitored the participation of 2 middle schoolers closely in their first experience playing the game.
The first person that we spoke to told us that only one person had to go in, so we gave our daughter the money to go in and then they charged us for two people. Come to find out you have to have two people to go in. So 30 something turned into 60 something. Cooool. The room itself was a lot of fun for her but she said the people behind her were shoving her along, so they could play and she didn't get to figure out the mystery. So all that money wasted. Maybe don't go when there's other people there? She was pretty disappointed.
Unique family activity that everyone in our group of 6 of all different ages enjoyed. The challenges were fun and not too hard and the different rooms were really done up well. It is a little pricey for only about 25 - 30 minutes. They do offer a half off special if you purchase another experience the same day but we weren't able to take advantage of that for that day. Would be nice if they offered something like that if you came back within 30 days or something similar for a return visit. Would likely only go back again for a special birthday or get together of family from out of town due to price but overall a fun thing to do occasionally.
Great attraction however they are for only older children and above due to safety. However they do offer a mirror maze for all ages and my 3 year old loved it.
This place is way too expensive. I paid 77 dollars for just 2 people and we played the puzzle games for a just a little over 15 mins. They started our mission late and our guide had little to no energy when introducing the stage. The puzzles themselves were fun but the timings were off. Not worth the money, I suggest you going to an actual escape room. They claim to be better than an escape room but it could actually not be farther from the truth.
It's ok, pretty expensive for a 30 minute adventure.wasn't impressed with not enough info from girl we paid at the front desk.just an FYI don't push the door button & let yourself in. They get pretty upset, but noone told us any different
Not really an escape room (more physically draining than mentally as some rooms require you to run around depending on how many people you go into the room with), but still fun and cool regardless
Expensive, and the technology they use shows it. We were able to crawl through criss crossed lasers and then a ventilation shaft. But the tasks were not many or complex, and I have enjoyed cheaper escape rooms more.
We had a GREAT time! Myself and my friend and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the espionage adventure. I would compare it to Universal Studios.
Kinda silly had a free token for me and 3 people so decided what's to lose. We all had honestly a decent time here. Really wasn't expecting much but got a quirky adventure to remember.
We only wished that the second part of the puzzle the gears would stop popping off. We were nearly done with it but the gears kept popping off the wall. Also on the right hand side the knob you put the gear on was detached from the wall.
Buy the 4-pack.not only is it a better value but you will have so much fun you will want to try the next room. Fun for teens and parents.
Our youth group enjoyed The Tomb! This was a great opportunity to enjoy an immersive adventure that also served as a team building experience. We hope to be back to conquer the other adventures soon!
Our family had a great time. Facilities were clean, high quality and well maintained. Only wish it lasted a little longer.
Let the grandkids give it a try with their dad. Took the time to talk with the manager and found him to be quite pleasant and fun to talk to. His staff were on the ball when it came to rules for covid and the interaction with customers. Worth while to spend time there if you like puzzles to solve. A little expensive yet worth it.
$29 dollars per person is ridiculously expensive as if they don't use up the same resources by running the room for one person than you do for a group. Price should drop per size of group. Ive luckily got to do all the themes before the outrageous price hikes. I dont see this business lasting to long
