Lately, I find 51 has drifted astray into products that miss the mark of their original vision. This outstanding vape shop has superb customer service with deep product knowledge. I respectfully suggest a return to your commitment to vaping.

I am traveling and i will stay 1 week in Albany and i forgot my battery charger in MA. I bought a battery charger for vape with them, but then I found out that my girlfriend brought my charger. When I returned to the store to exchange the product (10 minutes after leaving the store), he refused to exchange or return my money.

With the flavor ban on, it's still a good place for vape gear. The staff have always been friendly with me.

Great place with a really nice staff.the girl who works there was very nice and helped me reset my whole setup after I smashed it. She set me up with new glass, a new coil, and new O rings and even primed my coil for me. Cost me less than $10.

This store is terrible. People that work there are nice but seem not that knowledgeable. Not that great of a selection and has nothing compared to the pictures shown here. They only have a few tobacco flavors and nothing else.everything is priced 2x retail a small bottle of juice 60 ml will cost you 20$ when every other vape store sells 100ml for 20$ and online it’s about 16$. A coil will cost you 9$ which is very overpriced. The prices seem like they care more about making a lot on 1 product rather than selling more items and having returned customers. It seems like a lot of people have been having same issues with this business over the past couple years and they do nothing to improve. I know a lot of people that have had to go in there at one point and promise to never return.

I am legit a little disappointed in 51Vape and CBD in Colonie, NY. I usually come to this locations for all my smoking needs, and typically it's a great experience, with the exception of today. I went into the location, and was looking for some eJuice for my vape, and I got a recommendation for some eJuice which was SubZero Artic Menthol flavored, and a coil for the vape too. I got home and got every set up. I then noticed the eJuice had a horrible taste for some reason so I called to the store and explained the issue and was asked to come in so they can work something out, so it was under my impression she was going to allow me to swap the menthol for the speriment flavor and replace the coil as it was tainted by the horrible flavor, but nope she did not do that at all, instead she told me all she can do is give me a 15% discount towards another one if I wanted to get a different flavor, it's so insane that she was not willing to help resolve the issue but instead made me pay for another, I swear this location has no sense of customer service, it's shameful but it is what it is. I hope the review will help people in the future before they make a purchase in the future.

UGH, why can't we have CBD around here in such a wide selection? ! So annoying.but it's alright, we're getting there up there! Go 51 Vape, go!

51 vape employees at all stores are knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have or tell you and make suggestions. They are always helpful. They’re products are top notch.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a myle that stopped charging after a week, which I was told they were having a problem with Myles doing that, but wouldn't return it or exchange it because I didn't have the original box. Not to mention the girl was downright rude!

Been coming here for years, really chill group of workers. Best selection around, and very helpful staff.

The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable! Great products and prices. Easy parking as they have a shared lot. Never a line, in and out. Unless you wanna browse, lots to see.

This is hands down the best Vape Shop that I've been to. Competitive prices against online, sometimes even cheaper once you factor shipping in. Great selection of juice and a very knowledgeable staff. They carry 0mg juice all the way up to nic salt juices and a decent line of CBD products.

Had a vape I literally just bought and it stopped charging after a week. Brought it in to the shop and was told the juice fried the insides? Ok? Didn’t offer to give me any kind of replacement or discount for a new one. Need better service

Love it here. The prices are awesome and way better than any other vape shop around Albany. Went to the vape store on western by price chopper and they wanted $100 for a box mod 51 vape was selling for $75. Got 2 free batteries with it and they had a great deal on juice. Don't bother with any other vape shops go to 51 vape. They're helpful know what they're doing and have everything you could want.

Best vape place around. The owner is cool and very knowledgeable along with his employees. Best selections of juice and mods around along with the great atmosphere. Every time I walk in im greeted like family and feel at home. I highly recommend this specific vape shop you wont regret it. They dont rush you out they enjoy helping you and really know their stuff. Also a chill place to sit and relax. I cant say enough of this place just that its the best in the capital district
