Worst ever. I went there for a monthly parking in June for one month. They took $150 for deposit and said it would be refunded later. More than three months have passed but I couldn’t get it back yet. They usually don’t pick up the phones. After million times of voice mail, they finally said to me they don’t have money and they will call me when they have the money. What kind of place is this?

0 stars. Mentally unwell people run this establishment. They will likely harass you or rip you off or both. Stay far away.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We parked here monthly. The guy who runs the place gives me anxiety every time I see him. He is very rude and tells you that he told you the rules when you signed but the rules are insane. They demand that you call your car ahead 24 hours in advance etc. Their credit card system is the worst. Do not get monthly service here. All around worst place I’ve ever parked in NYC. Rather deal with the meter maids.

I'd rather get the ticket for alternative side parking then ever spend my money here. The attendant is extremely rude and unprofessional. Had the nerve to yell and scream at me told me.

0 stars! The person that works there in the morning is a jerk. Very rude and desrespectful. He yells at the custumers and hang the phone on them. This place only had bad reviwes, please read them before requesting their services!

The employee tried to over charge me. He gave me a ticket with a time stamp that was Wrong. Even threatened me if I didn’t pay.

The employer that works there during the day its really bad he doesnt know how talk to people, he over charge and doesnt help at all
