We had an excellent experience with Vasilije! He was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Yesterday I saw this building in a Netflix movie, I fell in love with the view, and spent the night looking on the map, I need to live there one day I swear,

I looked at this building with the leasing agent, Anthony. Anthony was excellent - straightforward, informative and answered all of my questions. The apartments appeared very high end with amazing views. The gym and the shared outdoor roof space outstanding. I did not lease a unit because I was looking on behalf of someone who was not ready to decide, but I was inclined very favorably toward the building and the location.

Honestly, really really beautiful spot. Some rooms have floor to ceiling windows, and massive terraces. Gorgeous. The rooftop is also some outdoor wonderland. Most importantly, would like to shout out Vasilije who showed us this place. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around a great guy! Working with Two Trees was an awesome experience. Really glad we met Vasilije. Highly recommend 60 Water!

I have spent nearly two years in the apartment with wonderful experience, amazing
bridge view, kind staff and quick maintainance service. The community is also great and safe and it's convenient to wander along the river. You needn't worry about any issues relating to the building. It's such a good place that I will never forget.

I can not speak highly enough about Two Trees the management company and the entire staff at 60 Water, they are all incredibly helpful, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. I would highly recommend both this building as well as this management company.

Vasilije and Tony were extremely helpful and professional during my leasing process! They were very authentic and transparent and made me feel confident that this was the next best home.

Tony was very rude. Staff needs to learn code switching while being at work & around visitors. I came to pick up some keys around 8am & him & the other staff were surely the spice in my morning. Apartments might be beautiful upon seeing in the photos but staff isn’t so humble

60 Water is a great building. The apartments are nice - small but thoughtfully designed. The views of the Brooklyn Bridge are fun, and the roof deck really can't be beat. The staff are fantastic - friendly and attentive.

Love the staff! Both in the office and the concierge team. Probably the best rooftop view ever. And favorite neighborhood of all time.

10/10 recommend this apartment - the building staff is incredibly nice and the building still feels clean and new. Maintenance quick to answer if we need anything. The views from the roof (and if you get a lucky unit) are AMAZING.
