Very good customer service everyday, greeted at the door and waited on quickly!

There is an awful stink in there that hits as soon as you walk in. If they eliminate it somehow I'd probably be giving a 3 to 4 star review, because their food is expensive, but the bright side is that they are open 24 hours a day, so you could get something in an emergency.

Not the stores fault, but there is this huge pothole you need to watch out for in front of the store going south on Canisteo St before you reach the Stop sign. Done slot of damage to my already POS vehicle when I hit it without seeing it, i didn't see it at the time when it was raining, just looked like another mud puddle. But I like the store it's a little crowded to get through when you first walk in the store to get to the back.

The customer service at night is garbage very rude not helpful and sold me crumbs for an eight piece boneless. Never ordering food from there again. Will never recommend it

This used to be the best location in the area to get coffee in the morning. They hired new people in the morning and every time I go in there there is no coffee made. I myself have finally had enough I will not be returning. If it is too much trouble to make coffee for your customers in the morning then it is too much trouble for me to shop at your store.
