I like this place and the people. It's just that the hours are not accurate or consistent. Went there today a little after 4pm and they had a sign on the door that says they are closed. It looks like this might be pretty standard according to other reviews.

***update, this 7-Eleven is definitely closed, at least on a temporary basis. The blinds are now down and there are signs taped to the window that say it's closed.

Lady behind the counter was eating a nasty sub, picking her teeth with her pinky finger nail, talking with food in her mouth! Nasty as hell!

Only 7-11 I know of that is consistently closed, at least one day on a weekend, new management/ owners are no bueno. I've lived 3 mins. Away for over 15 years. In the past 3-4 months, almost every weekend, the place is shut down after 10.treat ur workers better, I've never seen a different 7-11 not in operation. The prices as well, idk, if it's because the zoo is right there, or the events that often happen at Delaware Park, but they are way higher then any other 7-11, also the only 7-11 I know that still charges 5 cents a bag ctfu, most expensive 7-11 but ur still charging for the bag, your establishment is garbage, and I will not be coming back, your workers do a good job, it's the management or owners ruining it, I'll be driving to the next closest location, either main st.or Delaware Ave, sucks I can't go to my local one, but it's the owners fault

My fave all star cust service girl is Linda! She's friendly.funny. And smart as a whip and very helpful! My name is Aimee.she knows who I am. Need more people like her.

The manager linda N is the best! She is always so nice and sweet and the store is always so clean when she is working. She always goes out of her way to say hello and help. She’s great!

I’ve been reading about some of the negative experiences here, and though I have had one or two myself (in the distant past), I can tell you the folks here are not all bad.
I typically visit the store during the daytime when Linda is working/on duty. I can attest from experience and observation that she is always friendly and courteous to her customers. She’s attentive and professional, and she definitely treats people the way she wants to be treated. I think the store has undergone some personnel changes for the better. I appreciate this upward trajectory.

Female cashier was so busy talking about how bitter her baby dad is to the male employees that she didn't ring me out. I drank my slurpee and just left. Yes they saw me there but didn't care and I didn't care to wait any longer and listen to that drama.

My sister went in to this store to get a wrap. The two "employees", if you can even call them that, were aggressive from the absolute moment she stepped in the door. Yelling about how they're closed and they're moping. Clearly they're not because there was no wet floor sign. (thankfully she didnt fall.) They were standing at the counter chatting it up and were irritated because of my sister, a customer. Yes, they absolutely got into a VERBAL altercation. Does that give the right for YOUR EMPLOYEES, not one but two to physically assault my sister? This employee LEAPED over the counter to hit her. YOUR CUSTOMER. I am disgusted. Lucky for us though she has no self respect, they did it all on video. Then your other employee clocked her in the other side of her head.also on video. Clearly you don't uphold the standards of what a franchise store should be. Rest assured, this will not go unresolved. Your employee's go through training when they are hired. They have to pass tests and agree that if they break the law in your store, they are incriminating not only themselves, but the store itself. As the owner, you should be ashamed of yourself. Godspeed.

24 hour store is closed unless you order and place for pickup. Like all I needed was one black and mild. But you want me to go and place an order instead of just cashing me out. Officially lost my service

I've never seen a 24-Hour store that closes at 10: 50pm. I've gone to this location several times and the service is always terrible. The male cashiers are extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to this store at 10: 50pm and the cashier refused to open the store as he was leaving and closing the store early. It's unfortunate that I have to drive 10 minutes away from home to go to another convenience store when this location is right down the street. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I can't believe that the owner allows this to continue.

Extremely rude and volatile staff. I went to return some bottles purchased at the same location 24 hours before and was refused. This is a clear violation of NYS deposit.law:

"Are there any dealers that are exempt from the law?
No. If a dealer sells carbonated beverages and/or water, then the dealer must charge the deposit and provide refunds for returns on those brands that they sell.

Can dealers limit the hours during which they will take returns?
Dealers must accept containers and pay refunds during all normal business hours. A dealer open less than 24 hours does not have to accept returns during the first and last hour of business. "

I think that's pretty clear. I made my point to the rude cashier and he said he was banning me from "his store. " I don't know who's store it is but the place was much better when I first moved to the Parkside neighborhood 11 years ago. It has taken a drastic decline in both attitudes of the employees and the overall store presentation. Whether I'm banned or not I won't be back. I know there was push in the Parkside community association to have this store shut down. Might have to revisit that idea

The workers were very rude they tried telling me I couldn't pay in cash at the time didn't give me a reason why and he seemed very annoyed with me from the start

It's a 7-11. Not much difference from one to another. Needed eggs. They had eggs. I wouldn't go here if I needed a gourmet salad.

Went today very rude and nasty manager
I’m a driver and asked to use the rest room. I used plenty of times before thanks to the Men workers. She’s a woman you think she would understand I guess not.

I also was making a purchase will not shop here and will not refer anyone here. Need diversity
