2Every other day this location is closed due to not having staff it just ridiculous now then when they are open the donuts are not fresh and staff customer is poor
7/21/23 8: 25pm terrible experience with the female working - the male was wonderful who was actually waiting on me - the female was rude and combative with the person she was taking care of and me who was being taken care of by the male employee and even after her altercation with her own customer she decided to then take her issue up with me - she didn’t even care about the state trooper before me or the Orchard Park Police officer after me - she had to be disrespectful because she didn’t get satisfaction with the customer she was taken care of because he just said give me my change and walked out - might want to consider other employee options because she should not be talking to customers that way
