Hi - it seems like they closed and I had a dress to pick up. Is not in the address they facilitate at their door and I can't seem to find a way to contact them. Can anyone help with this? Thank you!

They accept laundries and cleaning and if you can drop them before 9.30am, they will be finished by 5pm.
They are very kind and prices are clearly shown. Highly recommended!

I visited the laundry service this Friday, I gave one jacket and 3 white shirts, the price list said $3.5 per shirt but for 2 shirts they charged my $9 each and for the jacket the listed price was $9 and I was charged $18 in the final bill. I am new here and please advise how to address this. TIA.

I started using their services a few months ago and I’ve had two missing items that were never returned back to me. These items were expensive and they apologized but never refunded me. Two times I’ve had my laundry come back blue. This incident was my last straw after I went to inquire about why my king duvet cover and pillow cases, sheets, white shirts and night gown were blue and stained with blue ink and all I got was an accusation that I never brought some of these items in the first place for servicing. I’m so offended by these statements that were made to me that I am inspired to even write this review. If that was the case, that I am dishonest, a video from the laundromat showing them emptying my bag would have been the appropriate response. I know they take videos because they told me that but have never showed me these videos. Instead, they took my items and haven’t updated me till today about what exactly happened and the ways forward. They didn’t reassure me but instead made false accusations about me when I have been nothing but understanding over the months of paying for services. I was even told for the first time since using them that they never wanted to offer me service in the first place. If that was the case, why did they say yes to doing my laundry when I called to ask for pickup? Why did they charge my card and come pick up my laundry after they told me on the phone they would gladly wash my garments? Why did they only say all these hurtful things after the fact that they damaged my possessions with no resolve and not beforehand? I was even accused of using Downy commercial detergent on them? How does commercial detergent stain clothes with blue ink? And why would you assume I would use that on my garments? Why would I wash clothes I JUST received back from a place I PAID to wash them? Mind you, this was a span of a day after dropping off my laundry. I am so hurt and very disappointed with how I am being treated. Why couldn’t you just never taken my clothes and told me straight up you aren’t able to do them? This would never have happened, these items are expensive and valuable to me.
